Julissa is a Florida Licensed Facial Specialist, Certified Plasma Lift Technician, and Certified Body Wrapper and founder of The Skin Spot Aesthetics & Wellness Studios. She specializes in skin resurfacing, including, but not limited to, wrinkle correction, skin tightening, scar revision, hyperpigmentation, and acne treatments. She customizes treatments and consultations to cater to the current state of the clients' skin, by factoring in skin type, skin regimen, life style, nutrition and environment. Her approach to skin care focuses on ingredients and technique to create a perfect balance between correction and protection within the skin's layers. Julissa obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Women's and Gender Studies from Rutgers University in 2017, which sparked her interest in Women's Health and Wellness. She believes the core to women's empowerment comes from catering to the Mind, Body, and Spirit and has created a space intended to serve those values.
